PLANT 01 Head of Process Control Qualifications sought: - Technical Engineer or similar. - Proven knowledge and skill in control systems including definition of requirements, design, configuration, integration and implementation of control systems in an industrial process. Knowledge of PLC and DCS systems such as Allen Bradley, Emerson, Siemens, Honeywell, etc. -Spanish speaker with good level of English. - Ability to lead, used to coordinating resources and committed to high standards of health, safety and environment. Ref: PLANT 03 Hydrometallurgical Process Supervisor Qualifications sought: - Experience in process plants, operation of hydrometallurgical process plants, solvent extraction, leaching, electrowinning, construction, management control systems, process equipment diversity, planning and safety, SHEQ, contract and personnel administration. - Spanish speaker with written English. - Computer skills at user level, electronic plans, word processors and presentations. Responsibilities: - Will coordinate, manage, train and evaluate the human resources assigned to his/her team according to the legal regulations and CLC standards. - Responsible for gathering, obtaining, standardizing the plant operating information, e.g. human resources, equipment, maintenance, material resources, metallurgy data, safety, etc., continually monitoring the operation in situ and with the information generated, propose alternatives to optimize operations in the leaching, solvent extraction, pre-neutralizaction and electrowinning areas. - Will also coordinate all the tasks and liaison with the crushing, grinding, filtering and fines deposition area, to ensure the continuous operation/maintenace of the plant. - Responsible for revising the plant production plans and operating costs, always seeking alternatives that increase both economic and productivity results.
